Over nine months of 2023, our team worked with the company to improve its sustainability performance across all four key areas – environmental, social, governance, and the broader supply chain. Various work streams included

Various work streams included – 

• Environment:

Developed a robust system to measure & report GHG emissions on a monthly basis at all sites.

• Social:

Built consistent policies & procedures across global sites emphasizing on key Labor & Human Rights aspects – child & forced labor, EHS, employee welfare etc.

• Governance:

Conducted anti-corruption risk assessment and helped consolidate reporting on the anti-corruption and cyber security issues.

• Procurement:

Developed a robust supplier assessment process that included questionnaire based evaluation followed by a site audit. Over 100 top suppliers were assessed.
