OUR TEAM
Manish has over 27 years of wide experience in strategic sourcing & supply chain management working in variety of industry verticals – Consulting, IT/ITES, Computer Hardware, Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals. He brings deep expertise in supply management strategies & process efficiencies and has passion for solving complex business problems in the field.
Manish worked with leading global companies, both in the USA and India that include Dell, Georgia-Pacific, Genpact, BMC Software and Reliance Industries. At Genpact, he led procurement consulting engagements with the likes of GE Energy, e-Bay and Genworth Financial. Prior to his current entrepreneurial role, Manish led BMC Software’s global procurement for EMEA & APAC regions supporting major R&D hubs in India/Israel and sales operations in over 35 countries.
Manish has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University in India and an MBA from University of Georgia, USA. He is an international member of Institute for Supply Management and has earned CPM & CPSM certifications. He is also a certified lean six-sigma black-belt.

Arati has near 20 years of wide experience in information technology, environmental engineering, and academia. She is currently focused on developing data science practice in supply chain management and is passionate about the advances in data analytics field.
Arati worked with leading global companies, both in the USA and India that include IBM, Macy’s, Syntel, Patni and Infosys. Prior to her career in IT, she also had a brief stint with Montgomery Watson in environmental engineering and research field. Most recently, Arati held faculty position at the College of Engineering, Pune.
Arati has an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Visveswaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur and an MTech in Environmental Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

Udit has over 6 years of experience in supply chain consulting primarily focused on procurement & supply chain diagnostics, data quality enhancement, spend analytics, process efficiency, supplier discovery & development, and supply market intelligence.
Udit brings expertise in working on variety of client engagements across Industrial Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Textiles etc. He has an excellent track on project managing these engagements to the highest level of client satisfaction.
Udit has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from RGT University, Bhopal, and an MBA in Operations Management & International Trade from IMDR, Pune. He is also a certified SAP-MM consultant and a lean six-sigma greenbelt.

He is also passionate about systems thinking philosophy that provides holistic range of choices for solving business problems.
Prior to his current role, Mayur worked with Eaton Corporation, India for over 2 years in the product and planning areas. He has good understanding of manufacturing operations and is a certified Basic Lean practitioner.
